What are my rights over my data?
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. You can delete a portal and its files at any time from your dashboard. For any request related to your rights, contact us at privacy@filvacy.com.
How does Filvacy apply data minimization?
Filvacy collects only the data necessary to provide the service. Files uploaded by your clients are automatically deleted according to the configured retention period (up to 365 days). Filvacy does not sell any data and does not share files between organizations.
